50 joins contest of food safety managing officers 2022

On November 4, Binh Duong provincial Sub-Department of Food Safety and Hygiene held the 12th contest of best food safety manager in Binh Duong province in 2022. The contest had 50 contestants. Candidates representing medical centers of districts, towns and cities and Yakul Vietnam Co. Ltd. participated the event.

The content of the contest is the legal documents of the central government and the province on food safety, food safety in business establishments, catering services (collective kitchens, street food, industrial meals...), the prevention and handling food poisoning, the role of food safety in health and life, acts of violating the laws on food safety, dishonesty in food labeling, product and food quality announcement.

Huynh Minh Chin - Deputy Director of the Department of Health, said that the contest is an opportunity for officers in charge of food safety management at all levels to exchange experiences, and create an atmosphere of exciting competition, and discover experts in charge of food safety. In the contest, the jury also selected effective food safety management models to commend and replicate throughout the province.
