On July 15, Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteer, and Provincial Youth Volunteer jointly held a meeting to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Volunteer force (July 15, 1950 – July 15, 2022) in Dau Tieng District.
The Vietnam Youth Volunteer force was established on July 15th 1950, and the Former Youth Volunteer Association of Binh Duong province was established in 2005. The Former Youth Volunteer Association has promoted its role of historical witness, proactively proposed and counseled Party and State agencies in implementing regimes and policies for the Youth Volunteer force, awarded titles, badges of Youth Volunteer... The movement "For the sense of camaraderie", raising funds to help each other eliminate poverty sustainably, mobilizing organizations and individuals to support and help needy former youth volunteers to have a stable life, contributing to the implementation of welfare policies. The amount of contribution to the fund reached more than VND1.5 billion.
In addition, the campaign "Former Youth Volunteer vows to set a shining example of learning, following the teachings and ethical examples, and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh" has been carried out in diverse and practical forms. The Association of Former Youth Volunteer also increased the propagation of the Party's guidelines, policies and State’s laws, revolutionary history and traditions, combined with activities to celebrate the country's major holidays...
