Accordingly, the 9th session will take place on Dec. 4-6, 2013 with many important contents relating to socio-economic development, national defense and security and budget collection and expenditure in 2013 and plans for 2014.

The session will expectedly ratify 17 resolutions related to socio-economic development, national defense and security and plans on budget estimate, adjustment of basic construction capital for 2014, correction of local industrial development planning till 2020 and orientation till 2025.  

At the session, Vu Minh Sang asked the provincial People’s Council standing board to cooperate with the provincial Fatherland Front Committee and localities to hold meetings with voters prior to the 9th session. Ideas should be sent to the provincial People’s Committee prior to Nov. 18 for explaining at the 9th session.

He also noted that specialized agencies should prepare thoroughly contents and programs of the session to improve quality of the session.
