9 months: Handling over 12,600 administrative dossiers

During the first 9 months 2015, departments, agencies, sectors received 12,638 dossiers. Among these, 10,642 dossiers were handled timely, accounting for 93.81%; 702 dossiers were handled late, accounting for 6.19%; the remaining are being solved.

Notably, the people number registering driving license renewal through 1080 telephone line reached 1,188; public services of level 3 for driving license renewal reached 199. In 9 months, there were 84 messages tracking administrative dossier’s condition through   8,283 telephone line; 5,921 dossiers were returned via mailing service.
