91% of provincial industrial parks occupied

Binh Duong provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks, in the first quarter of 2023, has inspected the pre-acceptance on 6 projects with a total construction floor area of 54,992 square meters and a total construction value of VND 260 billion and granted construction permits to 8 projects with a total floor area of 48,653 square meters and a total construction capital of VND 289.61 billion.

The provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks creates favorable conditions for businesses to accelerate project progress. In the first quarter of 2023, the board also appraised the feasibility study report on construction investment of 8 projects with a total construction floor area of 113,498.83 square meters and a total construction investment of VND 924.43 billion - an increase of VND 60 12 billion compared to the same period in 2022. Currently, industrial parks have leased 4,217 hectares of industrial land. Up to now, industrial parks have leased 6,940 hectares of industrial land, and the occupancy rate is 91.28%.
