On Dec. 22, the provincial Military Headquarters under proxy of the State President will grant a third-class Exploit Order to Nguyen Thanh Hai, head of Phu Hoa ward anti-crime club for his excellent achievements in the national defense.

After 10 years of joining in the movement of national defense, Hai and his colleagues have successfully made 500 raids against robbers, cheaters, drug dealers. In 2010 alone, Hai and his colleagues found out more than 85 violations.

The exploit order granting ceremony will be one of activities of the 66th anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army Force (Dec. 22, 1944-2010) and summing up ceremony of a contest on learning the 65th anniversary of Military Zone 7.
