After 2 years of operation, An Thai hi-tech agriculture area has thus far reached initial successes. The company has developed 120ha of growing vegetables, orchards, ornamental trees and so on. In these hi-tech projects, many models have brought preponderant income sources compared with other plants such as rubber, sugarcane and so on.

Notably, the model of growing rock melon and bell pepper has brought a turnover of VND600mil per ha per crop and a profit of VND350mil per crop. Meanwhile, the eggplant growing model has been offered for Japan market with a turnover of VND400mil per ha per crop and a profit of VND250mil per crop.

These achievements are thanks to Unifarm’s orientation and target in building and training human resources in conformity with hi-tech agriculture. Especially, Unifarm has well implemented option of technology and high technique in production. As for bell pepper and rock melon, Unifarm has bravely applied high technology to increase productivity and quality.

Obviously, Unifarm’s new ways have showed a renovation in conformity with the process of development in production and business.
