Appointing management to enterprises and newly established enterprises

On Oct 21^st, Mai Hung Dung, Vice Chairman of PPC, chaired the meeting to approve provincial Tax Department’s planning for appointing administration to enterprises and newly established enterprises.

At the meeting, provincial Tax Department summarized the implementation of PPC’s guidelines on administration decentralization at non-state-owned enterprises in the province from 2013 to present; the results of setting up criteria for tax administration decentralization to provincial enterprises according to Circular 127/TT-BTC on guiding the issuing new business codes and appointing tax administration agencies to businesses. The tax administration decentralization will be applied to 488 enterprises, including 263 enterprises having chartered capital of more than VND30 billion; 200 enterprises producing specific products, and 25 exporters entitled to VAT reimbursement…

After listening to difficulties of tax administration decentralization, opinions of agencies, Mr. Dung asked provincial Tax Department to complete a detailed analysis to submit to provincial People’s Council for new measures…
