“Arms of compassion” scholarships awarded to needy victims of traffic accidents

Since early this year, provincial Traffic Safety Committee has teamed up with the National Traffic Committee to award “Vong tay nhan ai” (Arms of compassion) scholarships worth VND47mln to 11 pupils who are the victims of road accidents or the offspring of victims of road accidents with difficult circumstances in the province.
