Attaching special importance to "connecting" with employees via social networking channels

Representative of provincial Labor Union said that in order to improve legal knowledge for employees, the unit has directed trade unions at all levels to propagandize and mobilize businesses to continue well implementing policies, and laws on labor, salary, bonus and welfare regimes in order to keep employees while serving as a basis to attract laborers who are looking for jobs, with focus on "connecting" with employees via social networking channels.

Trade union locals will continue collecting information on the recruitment needs of enterprises in the province to announce them to employees; coordinate with the labor sector to strengthen the organization of face-to-face and online job sessions; organize daily online interviews to support the unemployed to have the opportunity to immediately approach enterprises with recruitment needs; give  timely support and advice for employees on procedures to settle unemployment insurance policies, organize vocational training for the unemployed..

Provincial Labor Union will also strengthen activities on job introduction, consultancy via social networking channels such as Zalo, Facebook...so that employees can access jobs quickly and conveniently; especially those who are receiving unemployment benefits and need to find jobs. In addition, the unit will promote activities to support businesses and employees; regularly update the list of enterprises with recruitment needs to serve employees who need to find new jobs.
