On October 29th, Ben Cat district Veteran Association and Public Security organized the closing ceremony of 15 years implementing Joint Resolution No. 01/1999/NQLT/BCA-HCCB between Veteran Association and Ministry of Public Security regarding convincing the whole population to build up movement of people protecting national security.After 15 years of implementing, good examples, people’s awareness of preventing, struggling criminals have increased; people participate willingly in struggling criminals, contributing to stabilizing local security order.Totally, people provided over 1,300 intelligence sources including over 750 valuable ones, helping police to make clear nearly 500 cases, handle 750 delinquents, and reeducate more than 1,100 persons.On this occasion, 106 collectives and 234 individuals obtaining excellent achievements in preventing struggling criminals were also rewarded.Reported by T.
