Ben Cat, Tan Uyen mark Vietnamese Physicians’ Day

Early February 27, Tan Uyen town’s Health Center held a talk show on the 64th anniversary of Vietnamese Physicians’ Day.

Over the past years, the town’s healthcare sector reached vigorous strides. The whole town is now home to a health center of the town with 120 beds, 2 public clinics, 7 private clinics… In the coming time, the sector will continue strengthening its network, strive to gain and surpass the set targets on the implementation of the national target programs on healthcare.

On this occasion, there were 3 individuals awarded the mementoes “For public health”; 3 collectives and 5 individuals presented the certificates of merit of provincial Department of Health for their excellent performance in the implementation of “Improving health workers’ working manner towards patients’ satisfaction between 2015 and 2018”.

*Ben Cat town’s Health Center has also just held a get-together to celebrate the 64th anniversary of Vietnamese Physicians’ Day (February 27, 1955-February 27, 2019).

Over the past time, the town’s healthcare sector made contributions to the local cause of public healthcare. The town also well realized national target programs on healthcare, improved the quality of public healthcare… In 2018, the sector provided medical examination and treatment for more than 280,000 patients. The town now has 100% of communes meeting national standards on healthcare…

On this occasion, the town’s health center awarded the “emulation soldier” title and the certificates of merit of provincial Department of Health to 53 outstanding collectives, individuals; presented the certificates of merit to 8 outstanding collectives and individuals in the implementation of “Improving health workers’ working manner towards patients’ satisfaction for the period of 2015-2018”.
