Ben Cat town: People are satisfied with administrative procedure solving

Because of the application of quality management system TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 according to the national standard, the satisfaction index of people increased when coming to administrative agencies of Ben Cat Town for solving administrative procedures. Specifically, at Reception and Return counter, the solving of administrative procedures for the people is guaranteed in accordance with the prescribed time. People's Committee of Ben Cat District also publicized addresses and telephone number of leaders to receive opinions and feedbacks of the people. In addition, at the entrance of OSS counter, there is a comment box and a machine to survey people's satisfaction.

In 2017, Ben Cat Town received and delivered timely 74,000 dossiers of all kinds, nearly 1300 overdue dossiers. Delayed dossiers were mainly in the field of land, construction, issuance of house number. The reason was the dossier number in these fields increased too much, while personnel were inadequate. At present, Ben Cat Town has 12 units and 8 communes and wards applying the quality management system according to national standards.
