Binh Duong announces new hotline 1022

On 24 Nov, Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce new hotline 1022 to receive feedbacks and recommendations of administrative procedure settlement, to support people in emergency situations, and site handling. Attending the ceremony were Lê Hữu Phước, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Commission for Propagation and Education; Mai Hùng Dũng, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of theProvincial People's Committee; Đặng Minh Hưng, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and sectors.

Hotline 1022 in Binh Duong province is to receive and process information related to administrative procedures; assistance of emergency situations related to security and order, fire rescue, ambulance; receive information transmitted to functional agencies to handle and answer problems in daily life related to traffic, environment, technical infrastructure, food safety and hygiene, urban civilized lifestyle... This hotline does not receive information related to complaints and denunciations.

People may connect to this hotline via mobile phone by calling (0274)1022 or sending text, email, via social networks, Zalo ; app 1022.binhduong; web: 1022. binhduong.gov.vn. After receiving and verifying information (if necessary), the receiver will immediately respond to requests for emergency assistance, for information available in its database, or forward it to authorities give answer to people via the hotline.

With an original idea of building a contact center to guide people and businesses when needed, but in the process of researching and developing technical solutions, while meeting requirements of the smart city building plan, Department of Information and Communications collaborated with other departments, branches, districts, towns and city to set up hotline system for receiving and processing feedbacks in many fields via many utility tools.
