Binh Duong Customs reviews 2014’s work and launches 2015’s tasks

On Jan. 1, Binh Duong Customs organized the summing up conference of operation in 2014 and launched tasks of 2015 with the participation of Tran Van Nam, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

Thanks to grasping goals and key tasks of the Finance Ministry, the Vietnam General Department of Customs and the provincial People’s Committee, in the past year Binh Duong Customs launched 8 key tasks, helping branches complete their tasks.

As a result, Binh Duong Customs paid VND9,836bil to the State budget, reaching 107.49% of the Vietnam General Department of Customs and 109.28% of the provincial People’s Committee’s goal, an increase of 19.22% compared with 2013.

Addressing the conference, Tran Van Nam applauded Binh Duong Customs’ achievements, contributing importantly to local common success in the past year. Recognizing Binh Duong Customs’ contributions, the State President granted the third Labor Orders to 3 collectives and 11 individuals while the Government Prime Minister presented merit certificates to one workgroup and 4 individuals for their outstanding results.
