Binh Duong Customs to grant preferential decisions to five businesses

On Jul 18, Binh Duong Customs Department authorized by the the General Administration of Customs held a ceremony to grant customs preferential decisions to 5 import and export businesses, including: Hoa Sen Group, Vinamilk, Vietnam Foster Electronics, Ton Dong A Group, Nam Kim Steel. These corporations are prioritized in 7 fields: Free document and merchandise checks (excepting queries must be decided by the General Department of Customs); Prioritized clearance with incomplete customs declarations; Prioritized order of customs procedures; Taking precedence in cases of specialized inspection; Prioritized tax procedures such as ax refund prior to inspection; Prioritized import and export procedures, bonded warehouses; Prioritized post-clearance checks. The Prioritized Enterprise Decision is valid for3 years. During this period, enterprises are allowed to have no more than 1 post-clearance check.

 

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Viet Dung gave Prioritized Enterprise Decision to enterprises  

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Viet Dung, Director of Binh Duong Customs Department, praised business results, and notified that since 2013 the country had had only 60/60,000 import-export enterprises to be recognized as Prioritized Enterprise.
