Binh Duong deploys digital transformation plan in 2022

On July 7, the provincial People's Committee held a conference to implement the digital transformation plan in the province in 2022. Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Director of the Department of Information and Communications chaired the conference. The conference is connected online to 9 points of districts, towns and cities.

At the conference, representatives of departments, branches, districts, towns and cities exchanged contents related to the implementation of the digital transformation plan in the province. Accordingly, the units are focusing all resources to implement digital transformation in the industries and fields under their management.

In order to successfully implement the plan, the departments, branches and localities proposed the province to facilitate bidding for information technology packages, solutions for investment in telecommunications infrastructure, promulgation a roadmap for consulting on the development of digital transformation projects/plans for each industry and field in 2022, investment, upgrade and expansion the shared digital infrastructure system to ensure information safety and security for State agencies to serve the development requirements of digital government and smart cities.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Tuan Anh suggested that branches and localities study more central and provincial documents and regulations on digital transformation, specific operations in each industry and field, especially in the field of administrative reforms. The Department of Information and Communications will advise the provincial People's Committee on specific regimes and policies for human resources working in information technology to support digital transformation in the province including small and medium enterprises.
