Binh Duong strives to the top 7 smartest cities in the world

In the morning of December 3, at the Provincial Conference and Exhibition Center, Binh Duong Smart City Executive Board met and reported on the deployment of the Binh Duong Intelligent City project. The meeting heard the report of two international events in Binh Duong contributing to the construction of Binh Duong's smart city, namely the 2018 WTA and the Horasis Asia Meeting 2018. Besides, Binh Duong has become a member of Smart World community, is recognized as one of the 21 smart cities in the world. The meeting also heard reports on the implementation of the three-house model, building e-government, improving the quality of education, developing intelligent city center experts, create supply chain database, project Semiconductors, startup programs, start-up training, international connections, smart city management centers. Binh Duong targets for the top 7 smart cities in the world.

On the basis of the results, Peter Portheine has shared solutions to build Binh Duong Smart City in the future. Implementation of the model of three houses with the focus projects need to deploy in the field of technology, administrative reform, education. Connect with ICF, WTA to develop smart cities; Applying modern technology, creating favorable conditions for hi-tech development projects to attract enterprises to invest, including building a semiconductor factory in Binh Duong.

Concluding the meeting, Mai Hung Dung emphasized, the past years Binh Duong has been on the right track when building smart cities. He appreciated the implementation of the agency, and asked the departments, offices and smart city implement well the 2019 program.
