Welcoming the delegation were the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi and reps of People’s Council, agencies and localities. The provincial Home Affairs Department director Mai Son Dung said that in 5 recent years, districts, townships and Thu Dau Mot city have reduced 134 staffs. Manpower cutting has facilitated agencies and units’ operational quality improvement.

The vice minister said that to win the set goals, the province should assess capacity and knowledge of public servants and officials and focus on selecting and training manpower.
