To celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Ha Noi and the 3rd National Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee, in collaboration with Vietnam Television and Sun & Son Trading-Tourism-Communications Joint Stock Co., launched the 2010 Festival named “Strength of humanity-connecting compassionate hearts” at Que Huong Charity Center on July 20

At the launching ceremony, donors and socio-economic organizations contributed gifts and money worth VND350mln. The Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee also donated 10 gifts to privileged families in Thuan An and Di An districts; presented 400 gifts to disable and poor children across the province…

 

During the charity festival, there will be many significant activities, comprising of exhibitions on photos about humanitarian activities, products made by orphans and disabled children from charity centers….
