Provincial Family Planning Association has just forwarded a conference to report the results of the implementation of the Project on “Promoting sexual education in a comprehensive way and providing friendly information, services for youth and juveniles” (or called the “Choices” project), funded by the Dutch Government, in the first half of 2013.

The objectives of the “Choices” project are to increase the number of youth and juveniles that get access to friendly service packages; promote sexual education in a comprehensive way among youth and juveniles; make impacts on changing policies to meet demands about reproductive health, sexual health for youth and juveniles.

Thanks to the above project effectively implemented, the local youth and juveniles over time improved their  knowledge regarding reproductive health and sexual health, contributing to limiting the issues of sex before marriage, unplanned pregnancy and preventing sexually-transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.
