Since early this year, provincial Traffic Safety Committee has coordinated with sectors and mass organizations to make a survey on traffic “black” spots and traffic signal systems for improvement to ensure traffic safety while tightening control over the transport of goods by automobiles on the occasion of Tet and great holidays.

Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has also teamed up with provincial Police Agency, Transport Department, Transport Department’s Inspection, Police Agencies at all levels to intensify control over roads to ensure traffic safety; joined hands with provincial Fatherland Front Committee to delivery leaflets and hang photos on traffic safety at 100 cultural lodging facilities; delivery 10,000 leaflets on how to wear helmets and how to distinguish counterfeit helmets and genuine ones to lodgers; installed nearly 1,000 posters on the harmful effects of traffic accidents…

Also during the period, provincial Traffic Safety Committee has worked with provincial Department of Industry and Trade, Market Control Department together with the Central Inspection Delegation No.1 under the Decision No.15/QD-UBATGTG dated June 13, 2013 of the National Traffic Safety Committee Chairman to make an inspection tour of Long Huei Co.Ltd. on the quality of the company’s helmets. As a result, the company has showed the Certificate of Conformity and Declaration of Conformity to Technical Regulations to all its products.

The delegation has also suggested provincial Market Control Department, Department of Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control to make an inspection tour of Long Huei Co.’s law implementation in manufacture and trading of various helmets…
