Early December 26, provincial Cooperative Alliance organized a mid-term preliminary conference on the implementation of the Resolution of the 6th provincial Cooperative Alliance Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure while reviewing the collective and cooperative economic situation in 2023, setting out orientations and tasks for 2024.
In 2023, the province developed 56 new cooperative groups and 19 cooperatives. The whole province has to date had 257 cooperative groups, an increase of 27.86% compared to 2022, with 2,216 members, operational capital of more than VND 48.94 billion. There have been 242 cooperatives, an increase of 5.67% compared to 2022, with 47,647 members, charter capital of VND 930 billion. The total revenue of the province's collective economic sector in 2023 was estimated at more than VND 1.16trillion, an increase of 10.48% compared to 2022. The average income of workers was between VND 6.5 million and VND 7 million per person per month for cooperatives and VND15 million per person per month for people's credit funds.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance presented an emulation flag to Vinh Hung Cooperative in Thu Dau Mot city with excellent achievements in completing tasks in 2022. Provincial People's Committee awarded emulation flags to 2 collectives with outstanding achievements leading the emulation movement of clusters and blocks in the province and presented the certificates of merit to 2 individuals with achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of the province between 2021 and 2023.
