Phung Huu Hiep of Binh Nham ward in Thuan An city is one of the examples for creating machinery vehicles to collect sharp things intentionally spread on roads to manipulate tire puncture fixing. The images of such vehicles have become so popular on the roads to ensure safety of people getting out on the street. The vehicle, manually made by Phung Huu Hiep, added up efficiency to collection of sharp metal things of all sizes on the roads. For each trip of Hiep, he could collect 3 to 4 kg of such sharp things on roads.

As everyone else is deep asleep, Hiep starts his daily trips on the roads to collect sharp things on the roads to ensure safety of people getting around. In the evening, he gets out again to sweep through for sure. Phung Huu Hiep is over-joy in such trips and also gifted the admiration and drinks from the public.

The man entitled as ‘nail collecting knight’ had been prompted to engage in collecting nails on seeing roads across An Phu ward of Thuan An city, Tan Uyen city, and Song Than industrial park in Di An city carpeted with sharp things (scattered by people of bad intention to manipulate tire puncture fixing) to ensure safety of his and everyone on the roads.
