The Department of Construction informed, after checking of capital mobilization profiles of projects at real estate transaction floor according to Decree 71/2010-ND-CP, most of profile did not ensure sufficient legal documents of projects, such as legality of decisions approving investments, not yet fulfilling of procedures for investment approval according to Decree 71/2010…In the future, Construction Department will strengthen inspections of capital mobilization of real estate businesses in order to promptly correct above violations, manage the market openly, transparently, and legally.
