Dau Tieng district’s youngsters have actively responded to the Traffic Safety Year 2012 via many substantial activities.

On Sept.30, the Youth Unions of Dau Tieng district, Dau Tieng Rubber Corp. and An Thanh Motorbike Co.Ltd. co-held a ceremony to launch the Traffic Safety Campaign and “Youth with traffic culture” Festive Day 2012 , with the participation of the district’s leaders and more than 1,000 local Youth Union members.

Accordingly, Dau Tieng district’s Youth Union will promote dissemination of information about traffic safety among local Youth Union members and pupils; cooperate with the Youth Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Corp. to increase forces being in charge of keeping traffic safety in order to minimize wrong cases regarding traffic safety and traffic accidents…

At the ceremony, the local Youth Union members participated in a talk show on traffic safety while being guided how to properly wear helmets. Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee also awarded the certificates of merit to 2 collectives, including the Youth Union of the district’s Police Agency and the Youth Union of Dau Tieng high school, and 3 individuals for their achievements in keeping traffic safety.

The local Youth Union members also took part in a parade through Dau Tieng township’s streets to call for the whole society to actively respond to the Traffic Safety Year 2012…
