Despite facing difficulties in business and production, Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. still reached and surpassed its targets on socio-economic development over the past time. Especially, the company well ensured policies for laborers. This result affirmed the effort and solidarity of the company’s Party Committee while showing that studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle herein was implemented seriously.

Getting animated with emulation movements…

Under the Prime Minister’s Directive No.27/CT-TTg dated September 8, 2016 on “Acceleration of studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle”, the Party Committee of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. over the past time focused on well realizing political tasks; paid more attention to taking care of the spiritual and material lives of workers…The company also further improved management work, working manner; realized thrift practice in production and business....

The company spends nearly VND1billion on buying motorbike tires for workers

In addition, the company launched many emulation movements in association with studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings, namely “Well working, creatively working”, “Thrift practice, prevention of wastefulness”, “Completing targets on output earlier than planned”…

Le Van Kim, President of the company’s Trade Union said that thanks to the solidarity and responsibility of officials and workers, the company fulfilled and exceeded its set targets in production and business over the past time. During the 2016-2018 period, the company tapped 83,340 tons of rubber latex or 104.97% of the set plan; processed 126,831 tons of rubber latex or 111.55% of the set plan…So far, the company has also constantly maintained the quality of products, so its trademark has been trusted by clients from 40 countries and territories around the world.

Giving care for workers

Continuing implementing the Politburo’s Directive No.5 with special subject in 2019: “Building a sense of respect for people, upholding democracy, taking care of people’s lives under late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle”, the company’s Party Committee has carried out solutions to give care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers. Along with annual salary and bonus policies, the company also organized domestic and foreign tours for laborers with a total cost of VND11.66billion; supported needy laborers to build “trade union” houses with a total expense of millions of dong; helped hundreds of laborers get VND4billion in loan for construction of houses.

The company’s Party Committee has also further realized a model of “Close to workers, listen to them and share difficulties with them”, thereby contributing to excellently fulfilling the set plans with time and criteria ensured in accordance with the stipulation of Vietnam Rubber Group….

In response to the Workers’ Month and Young Workers’ Week 2019, the company spent VND1.21million on buying VRG-three star motorbike tires, 28 water purifiers for workers; offered 7 gifts to 7 Youth Union members with difficult circumstances and handed over VND60million in loan to 4 Youth Union members to do home based business.

Taking care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers via the above-mentioned activities is seen as the respectable effort by the company’s directorate. It is believed that with the interest of the company’s directorate, Trade Union and Youth Union, laborers herein will keep their mind on work and continue having a long attachment with the company.
