Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee has just implemented a plan on new rural construction in the 2013-2015 period.

Accordingly, Dau Tieng district will further fulfill its plan on new rural construction in three communes of Long Hoa, Minh Hoa and Thanh Tuyen; make investment in basic construction to complete its remaining criteria on new rural construction regarding culture, education, health, traffic…The district will also spend 70% of basic construction capital from State budget to build socio-economic infrastructure in communes with new rural construction; further invest in schools, medical stations and cultural institutions in communes with new rural construction; further call for investors to promote agricultural-industrial and service development in order to create stable jobs for more than 95% of laborers in communes with new rural construction. Each commune will strive to reach the average income per capital of VND34mln and above.

It is known that after two-year implementation of the national target program on new rural construction, Dau Tieng district has fulfilled its plan on the program in 8 communes.
