Department Of Agriculture And Rural Development to modernize administrative procedures

Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has implemented many measures to modernize administrative work. The office bloc and 9 subordinate units have applied management software of receiving – returning files; 100% of civil servants are proficient in document management software.

The ISO application in operations is comprehensively and effectively. Therefore, administrative procedures solving has achieved many good results. In the last 6 months of 2015, the department has continued to improve public servant’s awareness of working responsibility to solve administrative procedures of people and businesses.
