Department of Industry and Trade wishes to partner with Vietnam-Denmark Energy Program

On April 4, leaders of provincial Department of Industry and Trade held a working session with Energy Saving and Sustainable Development Department under Ministry of Industry and Trade and Danish Agency for Energy on the cooperation program of Vietnam - Denmark Energy Partnership 2017 – 2020.

The program objective was to support Vietnam in sustainable energy development by supporting the development and implementation of energy policies and plans, and promoting the use of renewable energy; at the same time, effectively integrating renewable energy into power system of Vietnam by supporting the capacity building of National electricity system operating center and power companies; supporting scale expansion of industrial enterprises in the transition to low-carbon industries across the country.
