Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai attends inauguration of Vinamilk factory in Binh Duong province

Early September 10th, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai attended inauguration of manufacturing factory of Vinamilk Company at My Phuoc 2 industrial park, Binh Duong province.  Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai (5th from right) cut the inauguration ribbon of Vinamilk’s mega factoryThis factory called as Mega factory by international professionals, covers an area of 20 hectares, has total investment capital of VND2,400 lbn with 400 mln liters of milk per year as designed capacity of the first phase. This capacity is equivalent to 9 times of current capacity of existing Vinamilk’s factories, and will increase by 800 mln liters of milk per year in the second phase. This Mega factory applying the most updated integrated, automatic technologies was constructed by Tetra Pak (Sweden). Operation bases on the automation approach Tetra Plant Master, which can connect and aggregate all phases, from inputs to outputs.Accordingly, all systems, especially LGV robots, are controlled automatically by a central computer system. Thus product quality and effectiveness are increased and closely managed. Additionally, the factory has a biggest and largest smart inventory system in Vietnam.At the event, Vinamilk introduced new product “Immunity supporting” made of 100% pasteurized fresh milk being rich in natural nutrients, fresh and nutritious, supplement of vitamin D and other nutrients.On this occasion, Vinamilk offered 150,000 “Immunity supporting” milk boxes worth totally about VND1 bln to Vietnamese people in localities having highest malnutrition ratio at under-5-year-old children of the country.Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai said: “In the challenging context of the economy, the inauguration of Vinamilk’s mega factory is a significant event”.
