Di An City leaders hold dialogue with people about administrative reform

On October 13, Di An City Party Committee organized a dialogue conference between heads of party committees and authorities with youth union members and residents in the city on administrative reform.

According to People's Committee of Di An City, currently 100% of administrative procedures under the authority of the City People's Committee have been publicized and transparent in terms of order, procedures, dossier components, processing time, and fees. In the first 9 months of 2023, the City People's Committee received 19,691 dossiers of all types, the rate of dossiers resolved on time reached 100%. In particular, Di An City leads districts, towns and cities in the province in terms of indicators for directing, operating and evaluating the quality of serving people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and public services in the digital environment (Indicator set 766)....

At the conference, delegates and people raised many questions about issues, such as: solutions to improve the efficiency of public service provision in Di An City; support and guidance on administrative procedures for people and the elderly... The questions were answered satisfactorily by leaders, city and local authorities.

Speaking at the meeting, Di An City's leaders hoped that youth members, people, and businesses would join hands with Party committees and authorities of Di An City to successfully build e-government and digital government.
