Mr. Do Van Nang, a mining engineer, now Team Leader of Explosive and Drilling of Binh Duong Branch of Micco located at Thuong Tan Commune, North Tan Uyen District, has made non-stop researches to propose technical improvements of higher capacity of production and outcome of business.
Visiting Binh Duong Branch of Micco in the days near Tet Holiday 2015, we could enjoy the working atmosphere of officers and workers. Nang was a model of such working enthusiasts.

Upholding the motto of “learning and practicing” he applied his knowledge into production by improving the capacity and work technically. Namely, his initiative of lump-sum pricing on quantity of stone mined by explosives to speed up pricing processes for customers and adjust to constructions with working staff reduction. The initiative of installing pressure gauge at drilling rig to inspect compressed gas has helped to reduce transportation expenses and flow to minimize risks of explosive transportation.
In the first days of Binh Duong Branch of Micco, Nang has made great cooperation to fulfill his assignments. As at team leader, he is a leading model in production and activities of the branch.
Assessing the achievements of Nang, Mr. Nguyen Van Long, Director of Binh Duong Branch of Micco informed of Nang’s robust role in capturing information, directives, resolutions, and emulation movements of the Company and its branch to guide his team fro briliant achievements. In 5 consecutive years from 2010 to 2014, his team has been entitled team of capacity and honored as model working team of the Company while 1 individual is honored as 5-year model working employee.
Nang was entitled as employee of emulation movements of Vietnamese Coal and Mineral Group in 2011 and 5-year title of employee of emulation movements of Micco among other awards.
Talking to us, Nang humbly talked about his work from the passion of contributions.
“My grand dream is to devote to work and my happy family,” Nang said.
