According to provincial Department of Planning and Investment’s Business Registration Office, in 2023, province-based units and businesses were proactive to get involved in online business registration, instead of directly submitting documents at the one-stop shop. The number of businesses registering their business online over the past time was on clear increase.
Specifically, in 2023, the office received over 61,200 electronic registration applications, an increase of 27.7% over the same period of 2022. The rate of online registration applications reached 99.29%. The high rate of online registration documents helped cut costs for businesses. This is because administrative procedures for online registration are free.
Provincial Department of Planning and Investment said that along with encouraging business units to switch to online business registration, the department has focused on reforming administrative procedures, simplifying and perfecting relevant investment procedures.
