Entertainment activities on International Day for Children

Binh Duong has got animated with numerous activities towards the International Day for Children and the Action Month for Children.

Provincial Cultural House for Children and TDM city’s Pioneer Young Organization have just organized the Festival for Children 2017.

Coming to the festival, more than 1,000 children had a chance to take part in folk games and enjoy dishes at a food street organized by the Youth Unions of wards in the city. The festival also included booths on books, newspapers, medical consultancy and special art items performed by provincial Cultural House for Children’s art troupes…

Another useful playground for children across the province was a fine art award contest for children. Particularly, the contest absorbed the participation of more than 1,600 children in Di An, 535 in TDM city, nearly 500 in Tan Uyen town, 300 in Bau Bang…Outstanding children at district/town/city levels will attend the contest at provincial level co-held by provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism, Department of Education-Training and Youth Union at Minh Sang plaza in Thuan An town on June 7 and at Chanh My primary school in TDM city on June 22 ahead.

Di An town’s Library will also organize a competition “Kids in color” on June 1 with fun-filled activities, including a draw contest themed “I love peace”, a contest on environmental protection…

Bui Thi Anh Thu, Director of Di An town’s Library said that along with recreational activities, the town’s Library made dissemination of information about the significance of International Day for Children as well as books in life. This was also a chance for children to improve their life skills.

On this occasion, province-based movie houses will show cartoons for children. Aeon Mall Binh Duong will also organize a week for children from May 27 to June 1 with meaningful activities. Meanwhile, Dai Nam tourist complex will offer many preferential policies for children…
