Decorated roads welcome the 9th provincial party congress.

 Across routes in Binh Duong province have been decorated with colorful slogans and images on the occasion of the 9th provincial party congress and the 11th national party congress.

A lively ambience of the congress has been seen across roads, street corners, agencies, units and houses. The national flags, the flag of the Communist Party of Vietnam, slogans with the appeal of “all people raise revolutionary tradition, unity and create for a modern Binh Duong”… towards the 9th provincial party congress, localities and residents eagerly clean routes, alleys, hang national flags across public areas. Nguyen Thanh Hung, a worker taking care ornamental trees, said his 10-member team is busying to care for trees and flowers to welcome the party congress.

In Phu Giao district, the chief of district secretariat Trinh Van Tam, said information on the party congress has been promulgated to residents in local remote areas. Meanwhile, in Dau Tieng district, many works have been started to welcome the congress. All routes in Ben Cat district have been cleaned to salute the event.

Everywhere in the province have concrete activities to welcome the provincial party congress for the 2010-2015 term. Vo Chi Tam, chairman of Ben Cat district’s Thoi Hoa commune People’s Committee concretizes the State’s policies to help local people improve their life. He hopes that the congress will pay attention to young cardes.

Local experiences and achievements done in the past 5 years will be crucial results for local development in next 5 years and a foundation for local residents to expect a prosperous and civilized Binh Duong.
