Exportation via non-prolonging warehouses promoted

On the morning of March 26, the Customs Department of Binh Duong province, in collaboration with Tan Cang - Song Than ICD Joint Stock Company, organized a conference to introduce the extended air cargo warehouse operations at Tan Cang Express Joint Stock Company at Binh Hoa ward in Thuan An city. The conference was attended by representatives of about 150 import-export enterprises, logistics companies in the province.

At the conference, ICD Tan Cang - Song Than Port Joint Stock Company and Binh Duong Customs Department informed businesses about organizing the transportation of goods through extended air cargo warehouses. This model is similar to cargo terminals at airports, including security screening, weighing of goods, and customs procedures. Extended air cargo warehouses help reduce customs clearance time and increase the speed of international goods transportation, while also reducing congestion at airports. This is also an opportunity for businesses engaged in air cargo import and export activities, logistics businesses operating foreign warehouses, businesses engaged in electronic import and export, high-tech businesses to develop and establish stable supply chains, contributing to the economic development of the homeland.
