Authenticating account on the Vietnamese Youth app and completing the test of the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress was an opportunity for young people to learn more deeply about the resolution, contribute to building the country and become young pioneers with a spirit of solidarity, creativity and innovation. This is also an interesting and meaningful activity so that young people can learn together and exchange knowledge and experiences while participating in the competition.

The content of the test revolves around the results and documents of the 12th National Youth Union Congress; directive speech of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the 12th National Youth Union Congress; The Union Charter was approved by the 12th National Congress; Action program to implement the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress... A youth member opened the Vietnam Youth app on his mobile phone, took the test including 100 multiple choice questions; with 60/100 right answers, the youth member received a certificate of the test completion. The contest created a strong spillover effect among youth members, many of them not only took the test once but many times to test their memory, ability as well as learn more about the resolution.

Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of Provincial Youth Union, said that in order to urge and instruct Youth Union at all levels in the province to disseminate the contest to 100% youth officials and members to study, check and evaluate the completion of studying the resolution, in combination with entering youth member data on the Vietnamese Youth mobile application, Provincial Youth Union's Standing Committee issued Plan No. 113-KH/TĐTN-TG dated September 18, 2023 on implementing "30 days of peak emulation to Authenticate union member accounts on the Vietnamese Youth application and complete the study test of the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027".

During the implementation process, Provincial Youth Union's Standing Committee assigned each member of the Standing Committee and office leaders, along with Propagation Education Commission and Organizing and Inspection Commission to monitor and regularly direct units to implement union membership management software; complete testing and evaluation of resolution learning; regularly discuss with specialists in charge of union member management software of the Central Youth Union’s Organizing Committee during the implementation process to handle recommendations, difficulties and problems of Youth Union establishments, as well as such as making timely reports on the results of periodic implementation at the request of the Central Youth Union's Youth and Urban Workers Commission.

Through implementation, all levels of Youth Union in the province achieved significant results, Binh Duong always ranks in the top provinces and cities with the highest candidate number. It is the continuous effort of the whole collective, the resonance of each individual, each Union officer.

Complete the resolution learning test

Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union has held a preliminary review in the middle of the implementation phase of the 30-day peak emulation period to authenticate union members' accounts on the Vietnamese Youth application and complete the study of the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027. The conference acknowledged the achieved and unachieved results, from which specific solutions were proposed, ensuring 100% of Union officials and youth members to complete authentication of union member accounts on the Vietnam Youth application and complete the resolution learning test.

Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union's Standing Committee calls on all levels of the Youth Union to continue to review and complete the software's tracking tables on organization and union membership data lacking information, the grassroots Union lacking union branches, and the union branches lacking union members; regularly organize weekly meetings and meetings with affiliated units to urge the implementation of content on the union membership management software, and have a mechanism to commend effective implementing units; criticize (with documents sent to the Party Committee) for units that do not implement well. For difficult areas, Youth Union established a volunteer team to guide software deployment in establishments that do not have technical conditions. The implementation method needs to combine synchronous overall implementation throughout the system with direction to resolve difficulties and limitations, and complete it completely in each unit.

In addition, the Provincial Youth Union continues to propagate among Youth Union officials and youth members in many forms, such as: show video clips, infographics, motion graphics... especially during golden hours to achieve high efficiency; urge Youth Union branches to spread propagation products of the Central and Provincial Youth Unions; praising and encouraging units to complete the set targets early...
