Gifts donated to poor-but-excellent pupils in Dau Tieng

Provincial Support Center for Young Workers yesterday coordinated with Dau Tieng district’s Youth Union and Binh Duong Book-Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company to award scholarships, bicycles and notebooks to poor pupils at Giang Huong primary school in An Lap commune’s Hang Nu hamlet in Dau Tieng district.

Accordingly, 20 bicycles, 90 scholarships and 1,500 notebooks worth more than VND30million were given for poor pupils with good academic results in the 2017-2018 academic year. Le Van Sang, Principal of Giang Huong primary school said that the school now has a lot of poor pupils. Hence, these gifts were very practical, opportunely encouraging pupils at the school to surmount difficulties and further pursue their learning.
