Giving strength to young workers

The Youth Union’s Central Committee held the 2015 “Giving strength to young workers” festival at provincial Support Center for Young Workers yesterday, March 29. From early in the morning of the day, the festival got ready to serve young workers with consultative sections on health, love-marriage and family, employment…Especially, goods-selling booths with basic price absorbed a large number of young workers.

Young workers were also enthusiastic to take part in folk games with attractive prizes. Le Tuan Khai, a worker from My Phuoc III industrial park said that young workers felt very joyful and comfortable when participating in folk games at the festival after a hard working week.

Besides, a talk show on communication skills, behavioral culture and industrial working style was organized during the festival, helping young workers be more confident in life and get success in work.

The organizers also presented gifts from donors and enterprises to young workers with difficult circumstances. Particularly, 20 gifts worth VND500,000 each came from CNS Thanh Phat Co.Ltd.; 200 boxes of soft drink from Chuong Duong Beverage Joint Stock Co…Provincial Support Fund for Alien Young Workers awarded 20 support packages worth VND1mln each to needy young workers.

One of the festival’s highlights was to open a talk show on “Giving strength to young workers” and extend the Directive of the Secretariat of the Youth Union’s Central Committee on “Improving the Party’s leadership to education of revolutionary ideal, morality and cultural training among young generation in the 2015-2030 period”. The talk show focused on educating young people about morality, lifestyle and giving strength to laborers. Young workers also had a chance to raise suggestions on taking care of their spiritual and material lives…

At the talk show, Ho Thi Thuy, Head of Applied Technology Precision Co.’s sub-union for young workers at My Phuoc III Industrial Park put forward an idea of organizing activities for young workers with more suitable time and improving their quality. Sub-unions for young workers needed to receive practical support to be able to create useful playgrounds for young workers.

Trinh Quoc Chuong, a personnel staff of Diamond Co. at My Phuoc I Industrial Park also suggested that the local administration needed to open more classes on universalization of education, foreign languages…for young workers.

Whilst, Tran Thi Thanh Huong, a worker of Thai Hoa industrial compound in Tan Uyen town hoped that the local administration would further pay attention to donating houses of compassion to needy workers, helping them rise up in life.

Representatives of the Youth Union’s Central Committee, provincial leaders, sectors and enterprises in the province acknowledged the above aspirations for timely support, helping young workers rise up in life.
