Good practices and models in the Exemplary Veterans emulations

On the afternoon of October 26, the provincial Veterans Association in coordination with the Emulation Group of southern units of the province organized a conference to summarize the emulations of exemplary veterans in 2023, setting out directions and tasks for year 2024.

The emulation cluster for the southern units of the province includes the Veterans Association of the cities of Thu Dau Mot, Thuan An, Di An, Tan Uyen and Ben Cat. In 2023, the emulations of the southern units of the province has had brilliance by successfully completing assigned tasks. The veteran associations of the above mentioned localities have many new elements in the exemplary veteran emulations associated with the local patriotic emulations. In particular, the units have had many good ways to participate in Project 02 of the provincial Party Committee on "Mass mobilization to participate in building a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle" in the province in 2011-2025 and the Project 06 of the government.

Typically, the Veterans Association of Thu Dau Mot city has 3 models and clubs including "veterans manage clean, green rent houses", "exemplary volunteer veterans participating in environmental protection", "healthy veterans to participate in implementing the Project of building a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle" associated with implementing the "Trash-free city" model for 2023-2024. Ben Cat Town Veterans Association has a club and a veterans propaganda group. Tan Uyen City Veterans Association has a model of helping members.

At the conference, units in the emulation cluster reported good and effective practices and models. At the same time, they review the emulation and reward competition in 2023.
