“Green Summer” campaign launched

Early July 17, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Student Association Secretariat held a ceremony to launch the "Green Summer" campaign and the “Journey of Binh Duong Youth” for national border 2022.

The provincial "Green Summer" campaign 2022 takes place from June to the end of August with 20 squads and 1,000 students to carry out works across the province and other localities, including Binh Thuan, Dak Lak, Binh Phuoc, Phu Yen, Tay Ninh... With the theme of "Binh Duong’s green summer volunteer soldiers are active, creative and voluntary for border areas, sea and islands", in addition to carrying out activities to participate in building civilized urban, new-style rural areas,  carrying out “paying debt of gratitude” and social welfare activities in remote and poor areas in and out of the province. The highlight of the "Green Summer" campaign 2022 also focuses on implementing works associated with the journey of "Youth for national sea, islands, and borders".

On this occasion, the organizers of the program launched volunteer squads: “Green Summer” squad for teaching English online at provincial level; “Green Summer” squad in Dak Lak province’s Ea Sup district; squad for post-Covid-19 healthcare...
