Update: 11-08-2023 | 14:02:31

Early August 10, provincial Military Command held a meeting to honor 80 students getting high results in the 2023 high school graduation exam with enrollment registration in academies and schools in the army.  The event was attended by Major General Dang Van Lam, Deputy Commander of Military Zone 7.

Over the past time, provincial Military Command’s Party Committee paid attention to propaganda and career guidance for military recruitment. Provincial Military Enrollment Boards at all levels were proactive to closely coordinate with other departments, sectors and localities to promote career guidance for military recruitment, thereby helping students see the rights and obligations of youth in the task of building and defending the nation today; selecting those who are qualified in terms of politics, quality, ethics, culture and health to train at military schools at the requirements and tasks of building a regular and elite revolutionary armed force toward gradual modernity.

Up to now, although there has been no official announcement of admission results, these 80 students all have scores equal to and higher than the announced matriculation scores of academies and schools in the army. Specifically, from 18 to 20 scores, there are 21 candidates, reaching 28.05%; from 21-23 scores, there are 34 candidates, reaching 41.46%; From 24 scores or more, there are 25 candidates, reaching 30.49%.

On this occasion, provincial Red Cross Society gave each child a gift of VND500,000 in cash. Provincial Youth Union also awarded the certificates of appreciation and donated books about Uncle Ho to these 80 students.
