Improving effectiveness of tasks representing laborers

Provincial Labor Union has set many targets and solutions to effectively realize a program on “Improving the effectiveness of tasks representing laborers, protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests” for the period of 2018-2023 launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Accordingly, there are 98% of State agencies, units organizing annual conferences for staff; 70% of enterprises with trade union holding annual conferences for staff; 70% of enterprises with trade union locals signing mass labor deals in which 4% of mass labor deals reached the type B in quality and above…

To achieve the above targets, solutions are to enhance the quality of participating in setting policies for laborers; effectively carry out mass negotiation, dialogues; bend on improving the quality of consultancy activities on the Law on Trade Union; effectively make labor safety-hygiene, contributing to improving working conditions, minimizing labor accidents, occupational diseases…; build up a competent Trade Union staff at requirements of the new context…
