Law consultancy offered to 709 factory workers

From the beginning of the year, the activities of provincial Labor Union have received and offered consultancy for 709 factory workers, enterprise managers, and Labor Union officers regarding Labor Law, Labor Union Law, and related policies along with resolution of 395 denunciation and appealing petitions.

Accordingly, 101 workers have returned to work and 191 have been offered other benefits of VND 263 million.

The Law Consultancy Center of Provincial Labor Union has offered consultancy and guidance for 433 turns of factory workers regarding legal matters of labor, related policies, petition and lawsuit preparation for 28 cases along with law dissemination to reduce disputes and strikes for stable labor relationship.
