List of projects, works on land use planning until 2030 in Phu Giao adopted

On Oct 6th, People's Committee of Phu Giao district held a meeting to approve the list of projects, works of land use planning until 2030 and land use planning in 2021.

According to the consultant, total number of works and projects included in the adjustment period of land use planning in the district until 2020 is 339. By Sep 2020, 122/339 works and projects were executed, reaching the rate of 36%. Number of works, projects that have not been executed, and were proposed not to be included in the new planning period is 128/339 works and projects, accounting for 38%. Number of works, projects that have not been executed, and were proposed to be transferred to the new planning period is 89/339 works and projects, accounting for 26%. In the land use planning by 2030 and the land use planning for 2021, there are 311 projects and works that were put into the land use planning period until 2030. It is expected that the land use planning in 2021 has 25 projects and works to recover lands; 17 projects, works changing the purpose of land use.
