The new executive board of the provincial party committee for 2010-2015 tenure.

After 3 working days, the 9th provincial party congress wrapped up on Sept. 30 morning. Addressing the closing ceremony, member of Central Party Committee and provincial party committee secretary affirmed that the 9th provincial party congress ended successfully and the congress’ success was trust and great strength encouraging people to build the province into a rapid growing and sustainable locality in the coming time. In addition, he urged the local party committee and the public to join in forces for the sake of completion of the proposed goals.  

Deputies ratify goals for the 2010-2015 term.

Earlier, the 9th provincial party committee’ executive board elected 15 members of the provincial party committee’s standing board. Accordingly, Mr.Mai The Trung was re-elected as the provincial party committee secretary, Mr.Vu Minh Sang was also re-elected as standing deputy secretary of the provincial party committee, Mr. Le Thanh Cung was elected as deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and Mr. Le Van Dan was re-elected as head of the provincial party committee’s inspection committee.

The congress ratified orientations, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2011-2015 tenure. Accordingly, the congress targeted to reach an average economic growth of 13.5-14% per year, to obtain a per capita income of VND63.2mil per year by 2015, to get over US$5bil in foreign investment attraction, to place jobs for 44,000 laborers per year, to decline the poverty rate of under 2% and to admit more 6,800 party members in the end of the term…
