Provincial Steering Board of the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign today, Dec.17, holds a meeting to review the four-year campaign and honor 48 collectives, 142 individuals with outstanding contributions to this campaign.
Possibly speaking, the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign is an important motivation for the entire Party and people of the province to successfully realize the local main tasks over the past years, contributing to the success of the Party congresses at all levels towards the 11th national Party congress.

Di An district was selected as a main unit for implementing the campaign. Accordingly, the district has successfully made some activities in response to the campaign, including organizing a writing contest about exemplary role-models in the campaign with the participation of the local officials, Party members and people from all walks of life.
As a result, the campaign has made a drastic change in awareness and action of the majority of the local cadres, Party members and civil servants. They have become more responsible by concrete actions such as saving water, office supplies at agencies; improving working manner; reforming administrative procedures…
Apart from Di An district, the remaining localities have promoted the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary” campaign among cadres, Party members and civil servants. Since 2007, the whole province has open training courses of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology for the cadres, Party members and the people via the campaign.
The “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign has always been associated with other many significant campaigns. Particularly, provincial armed force has closely combined the campaign with the campaigns “Communal police listen to people’s ideas”, “Striving to be worthy of being Uncle Ho’s soldiers”…
Provincial Women’s Union has also set up four models on thrift practice according to Uncle Ho’s moral example; including building compassion houses, organizing the “charity rice jar” program…. Meanwhile, provincial Labor Union has launched the campaign “Following Uncle Ho’s teachings” in association with the campaign “Building loyalty, creativeness, devotion and exemplarity among cadres and civil servants”…
The above-mentioned activities have affirmed the goal, meaning and great impact of the campaign to the national construction and defense cause, especially the Party-building work. The campaign has also enriched the society’s spiritual background and contributed to replicate exemplary role models in the process of building their localities and country towards civilization and advancement.
