Many plentiful modes of election promulgation

To help female workers learn about importance of elections of the 13th NA and provincial People’s Council at all levels for the 2011-2016 term, the provincial Women Union at all levels have boosted up promulgations of the coming elections.

Lastly, Phu Hoa ward’s Women Union in cooperation with the provincial Women Union held promulgations of the coming elections for about 100 sisters living in lodging houses in quarter No.8. Nguyen Thi Phuong, vice chairwoman of the provincial Women Union, said to generate attraction for sisters at the promulgations, propagandists have combined other forms of fun puzzle into the promulgations.

Addressing the promulgations, Mrs.Phuong stressed women’s role and position in the upcoming elections. If winning the elections, female candidates will protect women’s rights and interests. Therefore, female lodgers must go to the polls to select excellent candidates.

Thai Thi Ly, a female lodger in Phu Hoa ward, said “through the promulgations, I have learnt about the elections’ significance and purpose. More importantly, I am aware of women’s role, especially female deputies”.

Despite modest quantity of female voters at boarding houses, Tuong Binh Hiep commune’s Women Union has reinforced promulgations of the coming elections. Nguyen Thi Nhat Quyen, vice chairwoman of the communal Women Union, said the union has boosted up promulgations to female lodgers. The union now has 400 clubs, teams and groups of female lodgers with the participation of over 15,000 members and 70 clubs for female proprietors of boarding houses. To reach efficiency of the promulgations, the union steered its branches to focus promulgations on sisters.

So far, the union at all levels has held over 50 promulgations with the participation of over 2,000 female lodgers.
