Ministry of Public Security just signed a telegram calling their units in localities to implement plans of maintaining traffic safety in year end and the Tet holiday.Accordingly, from December 16 to March 15, all units are required to build up patrol shifts to reduce violation and control the traffic.The Ministry also requires localities to boost up checking the observation of traffic laws as well as education of treatment culture to ensure practice of soldiers and officials.According to Binh Duong Newspaper – Translated by Vi Bao
